How does the free trial work?
The trial period starts the moment you sign up.
During a period of 60 days you'll be able to evaluate features normally only found in paid plans.
If you like what you see, you can upgrade to a paid plan at any point during the trial.
If you don't upgrade, some features will be disabled after the trial period ends, but you can continue using MailSpons for free.
No payment information is required to sign up for the free plan.
What happens if I go over my monthly quota?
The excess messages get dropped. You can see when this happens in the web interface.
Will I pay VAT or other taxes?
MailSpons is a product of ReturnValue Software, a company based in the Netherlands.
Whether we charge VAT depends on your location:
- The Netherlands: 21% VAT will be charged for all Dutch businesses.
- European Union: no VAT will be charged for businesses with a valid EU VAT number.
- Elsewhere: no VAT or sales tax will be charged.
All prices on our site are shown excluding VAT.
Can I sign up for a paid plan without a VAT number?
Individuals inside the E.U. unfortunately can't sign up for a paid plan (yet).
Please contact us to see if we can work something out.
Outside the E.U. no restrictions apply.
In what currency do you charge?
To prevent unnecessary double conversion fees, customers inside the E.U. get charged in euros. Everyone else gets charged in U.S. dollars.
How does upgrading work?
Upgrades or downgrades between paid plans partway through your billing cycle get prorated.
- When you upgrade, you'll be asked to pay the difference on the spot.
- When you downgrade, the remaining amount is deducted from your next invoice.
